Justin Green

Justin Green is an Orange County native, raised in Dana Point, and currently residing in Laguna Niguel. After attending Dana Hills High School, he headed north to study at Azusa Pacific University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in both finance and mathematics and a Master’s in Education. After graduating, Justin returned home, where he successfully pursued a job in education, becoming a respected high school teacher at his alma mater. After a few years, Justin opted to switch gears, discovering that carving out a career in real estate allowed him to put his vast knowledge of the area, as well as his expertise in finance, to good use. It would allow him to reconnect with the community that gave him so much. Now, eight years later, Justin is a top agent in South Orange County. When Justin isn’t assisting his clients, you can find him rooting for the Raiders, playing tennis, or spending time with his wife Monika and their three young children.

Bill Pasqualino

Bill Pasqualino was born and raised in Orange County. He has lived in Orange County for over 40 years and resided in Laguna Beach for over twenty-five years. Bill has also personally owned and managed a multitude of residential and commercial properties. Based on experience, Bill has developed unprecedented knowledge and expertise in the South Orange County real estate market, including local communities, housing tracts, schools, events, and businesses. Bill brings this knowledge and expertise to every real estate transaction. His planned and proven approach to real estate transactions enables his clients to achieve their goals in a timely manner, whether it be finding that perfect home or selling an investment property. Bill is a firm believer that buyers and sellers of real property need and deserve comprehensive market data when making real estate decisions. When market trends change, it is critical to align yourself with an agent, like Bill, that will provide updates as they correlate to interest rates, inventory, and how and when to market your property to achieve the best return on investment. Before becoming a California real estate agent, Bill spent 20 years as the CEO of a national training company that provided instruction on topics such as customer service, negotiation, emotional intelligence, communication, and project planning. Bill integrates all of these skills into his daily business activities. Kendall Cook

Kendall Cook is a Southern California native, born in Mission Viejo, and is now residing in the beautiful oceanfront community of Dana Point. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Concordia University in 2017 and then spent the next four years working closely with patients as a nurse at Mission Hospital. Though very different from nursing, her shift into real estate comes as no surprise to anyone who knows Kendall. With her dad running his own flourishing real estate business while she was a kid, Kendall recalls spending her childhood weekends at open houses and helping her dad file papers in his office. Therefore, making the jump and joining The Green Group brings everything full circle, as Kendall is proud to follow in her father’s footsteps. When not in the office, Kendall is usually spending time with her fiancé, her daughter Quinnley, and their cattle dog.
